My name is Julie De Cock and I am the Maitre d'hotel of ViV Wine Bistro. I moved to Key West in 2015 to pursue my dream of bringing authentic French cuisine to the island. I am passionate about the French way of life, enjoying every moment, with a good glass of wine, delicious cheeses, and a lot of country bread with authentic service.
